Mark Ablang has been a licensed Real Estate Broker (REB) since 2015, specializing in investment-grade properties in Bonifacio Global City, Makati City, and premier residential communities in southern Metro Manila such as Alabang. Drawing on more than a decade of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he blends financial expertise with real estate insight to help corporate and high-net-worth clients make sound and strategic property decisions. Before establishing his real estate practice, he held managerial roles at multinational companies including Procter & Gamble and Kraft Foods (now Mondelez International), and later served as Director IV at the Department of Finance under a Presidential appointment, where he contributed to national fiscal strategies.
